First Class Library (and it's huge!)

If you haven't seen this new library, you really should check it out. It has been completely redone as of the past year or so and it is amazing! The architecture is very unique, they have new technology like an automated book check-in system as well as auto check out kiosks. You never have to worry about not getting a computer to surf at - they have over 30(new wifi connection too)! They have a large selection of materials, but you won't find a good selection of DVD's, you will have to go to another Hennepin County Library for those or you could place titles on hold and pick up here or the library of your choice. There is a cafe right outside of the library where you can grab a coffee, soda, juice and/or snack. Another perk - it is in the same building as the license bureau, so you can get a lot done when you come here. Oh, if you have little ones - they have a play room and many kids books, puppets, and special activities. You can go to their website to see upcoming events.
